1 General Terms & Applicability

These terms and conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between Beat Jelly (beatjelly.ws) and all its users. By accessing our services through the Beat Jelly website, mobile app, or any other digital channel, you are deemed to have read and accepted these terms.

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

6 Betting Rules

• Match Fixing: Placing bets with prior knowledge of a predetermined outcome
• Use of Software: Placing bets using bots, scripts, or automated tools
• Account Sharing: Allowing someone else to use your account
• System Exploitation: Exploiting technical errors or incorrect odds
• Threats & Harassment: Threatening the support team or other members

8 Account Suspension & Closure

Beat jelly reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend any account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any clause in the Terms & Conditions
• Failure to pass KYC verification or providing false information
• Extended period of inactivity (more than 12 months)
• Death of the account holder — a nominee may submit a claim
• Closing Your Account at Your Own Request

You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any valid balance before account closure; however, this may not apply in cases of rule violations.

If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be unenforceable, all remaining provisions will continue to be fully effective. A delay in exercising any right by Beat Jelly does not constitute a waiver of that right.
